WHO WE ARE. THE SHORT STORY. Tommy "the Bomber" Bonacci founded Bomber Eyewear back in 1997. The four-time World Champion Jet Ski Racer made his first pair of floating sunglasses from torn off pieces of foam padding from jet skis. Now, our family-run company uses this patented foam lining technology to offer water sports enthusiasts, fishermen and everyone in between eyewear that is comfortable, durable, stylish and able to float. THE LONG STORY. Tommy "the Bomber" Bonacci is a World Champion Jet Ski Racer, winning the world championship in 1989, 1990, 1995 and most recently in 2014. In 1997, Tommy decided he was tired of having his eyewear slip off, bounce around or completely disappear into the ocean. It was then that Bomber Eyewear was born. Since then, our company has developed an eyewear line that uses patented foam lining to allow our sport sunglasses to float and provide a snug, comfortable "Soft Fit." We offer our shades in several varieties. With categories including polarized, paddling, fishing, and kid's sunglasses -- something for everyone. All of our eyewear comes with patented floatation technology and hard coatings to protect them from scratches. MORE THAN JUST A SUNGLASS. We know everyone has their favorite pricey sunglasses from some hot designer brand. We are not here to replace those favorites. Instead of risking your faves when fishing, cycling, boating, paddling, doing construction - pretty much anything that requires thrashing around in - put ours on. It's kind of like 'insurance' against both eye injury and breaking or losing your favorite pair of sunglasses in the water. Just saying.

| Product Care Instructions | Clean with mild soap and water, dry with a soft cloth. Avoid exposing to high heat. Do not use harsh chemicals. For foam lining, rinse after use and allow to dry completely before storing. For best results, use a lens cleaner and microfiber cloth to clean lenses. |

If you want to return an item and get a different item/size/color, etc., please place a new order for the replacement item, and contact us to get an RA (return for the item(s) you are returning. Once we receive the returned tem, your card will be credited. There are no returns on certain custom items (custom bodyboards and custom wetsuits) and pre-owned items. If you bought an item of clothing and washed it, we cannot accept a return. Shrinkage is not a valid reason for returning clothing. There are also no returns on DVDs and videos once the shrink wrap has been removed! Warranty info Some items have warranties and the warranty period varies from brand to brand. Bodyboards are NOT WARRANTED FOR CREASING and NOT WARRANTED for de-lamination/bubbles caused by leaving the board in the sun or in a hot environment and are NOT WARRANTED for cuts into the board caused by the use of a leash, getting run over, dropping the board on the nose or tail, etc.. Most of the manufacturers will require detailed photos of the board if there is a possible defect so they can determine the course of action. |
